We strongly believe that partnerships with other organizations will work to strengthen and benefit our client’s experience. We hold our partners to a high standard level. We create partnerships with promoters, production companies, event planners and other service providers nationwide. Vendors
High quality service providers are necessary so our customers receive the value they should expect from YES Concierge. We are always looking for new providers of quality goods and/or services to add to our resource database. In order to become a vendor/service provider partner, it is necessary to exhibit a passion for customer service, a high level of quality product and level of service, and dependability. YES Concierge takes the following steps to ensure that we only work with vendor/service providers who can adhere to our strict standards:

• Each vendor/service provider must pass our stringent quality criteria before they are included in our resource database. These criteria include proof of insurance and bonding; holding proper licenses, customer service guarantees, clear process for resolving customer complaints, shipping capabilities and fees, and turnaround time.
  
  
• Customers will be requested to provide feedback on the level of service delivered by the vendor/service provider as part of our quality assurance process.
  
• 
  YES Concierge negotiates the best possible pricing with its vendor/service providers and expects the vendors/service providers to pass on this pricing to our customers.
  
  
• We expect vendor/service providers to accept full responsibility for all goods and services provided to our customers. We expect vendor/service providers to resolve all complaints and problems that arise during all transactions between a YES Concierge customer and a vendor.
