What is YES Productions & Concierge?
We are a one-stop lifestyle management and concierge company that can help you achieve balance in your life or career and help you save time.

How can a concierge service help me? 
Our personal concierge service can help you create more time and/or balance in your life by providing quality service and management of your daily, personal, and professional tasks or "to-do" lists. We also provide you with opportunities to experience a quintessential lifestyle that is personalized to your tastes. This is accomplished by arranging, planning, coordinating, and organizing a wide range of services. For a sample list of services, visit the Services section of our website.


Who uses YES Productions & Concierge? 
Business professionals and entrepreneurs, small or large businesses, socialites, executives, celebrities, working families or professional athletes. We cater to those who may have general, ongoing requirements, unexpected or emergency situations, last-minute or special requests.

How much will your service cost?
Our services are designed to be flexible to your needs and deadlines. We offer several methods of payment that can be customized based on your budget and your needs. A flat-rate minimum of one hour is charged at $40.00 but may increase for special services. Premium rates of $65.00 apply for weekends and $75.00 for Holidays are offered on an "as available" basis. Our best rates come with you purchase a pre-paid monthly or annual Retainer Packages which are offered at a discount.  Please give us a call or email us with your requests and we will create an estimate of our fees and estimated time. You can use our services on a need by need basis. If you purchase a Retainer Package, you are free to terminate your service agreement with us after your hours are used.  We are happy to customize a package that will meet your needs and stay within your budget. How do I get started with your service? 
If you are interested in a complimentary consultation, complete the Client Profile Form and submit it online.  You will receive a response within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary consultation.  You may call us directly at 818.334.5704.  

 

Is there any paperwork I need to fill out if I decide to utilize YES Productions & Concierge services?
Yes, we would need you to fill out a Client Profile Form, Service Agreement, and credit card information for internal use on file.  

Am I locked into a long-term contract? 
YES Concierge has a Service Agreement that covers all the options; one-time service or ongoing Retainer Packages that are offered at discounted rates.

How do I pay for my services? 
We accept cash, company checks, cashier checks and all major credit cards through our business PayPal Account.  You can also wire payment after services are rendered. 50% of payment is required before services are rendered and remainder payment is due upon completion of your request for hourly or a la carte services. A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services. We will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion. (See Rates & Packages). *There are certain services that may require an upfront deposit – see Third Party Services below (i.e. event planning services). Retainer Package fees must be paid in advance of services rendered.

Will my credit card be charged as a deposit? 
No.  We will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.

Third-Party Services: 
Third-party services may require an advance deposit by cash, check, or credit card. At that time we would require you pay an upfront deposit.  We will pay for any purchases first from the deposit.  You may also fill out a Credit Card Authorization form for purchases you wish us to make for you.  If the purchase is higher than the deposit, differences between approximated and actual expenditures will be settled as needed. 

You may also transfer money from your PayPal account to the YES Concierge PayPal account for the cost of services and/or the cost of expenditures can be deducted from your Retainer account balance.  YES Concierge provides all receipts, detailed invoices, and clear account statements. You may also be required to sign a service agreement with the Third-party service provider.



What if I need last-minute assistance? 
We prefer advance notice of at least 24 hours for scheduling, but we will do our best to take care of you. After all, it is our job to say YES.


What’s Next/ How Does it Works

A member of our staff will contact you when we receive your Client Profile within 24 hours to set up a complimentary consultation. If your request is immediate state that in your voicemail or email your request.
3. After our free consultation, decide whether you want to use our services a la carte or sign up for one of our prepaid Retainer Packages.

4. Your credit card will be needed to open your account.  A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services. We will only charge your credit card if we do not receive payment for services rendered upon completion.
Service Requests must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Same day request may incur additional fees. Advanced deposits may be required for certain requests. Mileage fees may be charged if outside a certain service area. The minimum number of required hours varies by the type of request. We accept cash, check, money orders, and credit card payments via PayPal.
